About Us

We're Amy and Nikky, the co-founders of The Anthill Group and long-time believers that good systems should make life easier, not harder.

We're collaborative, straight-talking, and solution-focused.

The Anthill Group team

Our Story

For over 15 years, we've worked together in operations, technology, education, and leadership roles where we saw the same problem again and again: talented teams wasting time fighting generic systems, endless spreadsheets, repetitive admin, and leaders drowning in data with no clear picture.

We always had a drive to work with our staff teams and look for solutions using technology. We built smarter workflows, clearer reporting, and joined-up systems that gave people their time (and sanity) back. Every time we simplified a process, we saw morale rise and decision-making improve.

That's when we knew: clarity is powerful. And The Anthill Group was born.

Because when people can see clearly, they work better, feel better, and grow faster.

Our Values

Clarity with Heart

Technology that feels intuitive and supportive. Simplifying complexity without losing human connection.

Curiosity-Driven Progress

Better questions. Better solutions. Curiosity guides our learning, growth, and design.

Inclusive Community

Spaces where people feel heard, valued, and empowered. Celebrating neurodivergent strengths and diverse perspectives.

Empowerment Through Design

Work that uplifts. Software or support that makes people feel capable, confident, and equipped.

Ethical Innovation

Transparency, accessibility, responsible tech. Innovation only matters if it serves people well.

Human-Centred

Systems that are both smart and human. Transform chaos into calm clarity.

Why The Anthill Group

In African cultures, anthills symbolise community, knowledge, resilience, and shared effort.

Ants build together what no individual could achieve alone. We believe in collective effort and community-driven solutions.

"Rume rimwe harikombi churu."

(One person alone cannot surround an anthill.)
