SEN schools and AP settings have been making do with platforms that were never designed for their work. EHCP complexity, therapeutic recording frameworks, safeguarding workflows: generic systems either ignore these or require painful workarounds that generate admin rather than reduce it.

SHINE is a practice-aware system of record. Instead of asking you to adapt to a system designed for someone else, we configure SHINE to your therapeutic framework and your data model. Staff describe what happened in plain language; SHINE structures it into a compliant record. Safeguarding, behaviour, and learning logs live in one place, automatically linked to statutory EHCP outcomes.

AI, done safely

Schools are right to be cautious about AI. Every system we build is structured around the principle that AI assists professionals, it does not replace them. Our Anonymisation Bridge tokenises pupil identifiers before any text reaches an AI provider. Real names and personal details never leave your environment.
